Welcome to the Lauren Carpenter Wellness

I’m Lauren Carpenter—mom, coach, and founder of Lauren Carpenter Wellness.
I work with people who lead full, demanding lives—at home, at work, and everywhere in between—and help them feel strong, energized, and grounded in their bodies again.

 

 

I’ve always been an athlete. Discipline didn’t scare me. Pushing hard felt natural. But there came a point where I realized: I was operating on autopilot. I had the workouts down. The hustle? Handled. But I wasn’t truly fueling—I was just functioning. And it was catching up with me.

 

That wake-up moment changed everything. I started reconnecting with my body—not just through movement, but through nutrition, nervous system care, and a whole new level of awareness. Food became fuel for my workouts and my brain. For more patience with my kids, more energy in my business, and a fuller presence in my life.

 

I built this company from that shift. It worked for me when I needed it most. Now, I help others build a version of strong that actually feels good to live in.

 

Here’s a little snapshot of me:I love a perfectly made cortado, a spicy leg day, a good giggle with my kids, an insanely hot sauna, and its hard to beat moving through nature with a podcast that stretches my mind and shakes up my old perspective
