This program is not a crash diet; rather, it is a holistic approach to nutrition that sets you up with the plan to change your body composition now and teach you the strategy to build upon that shape for years to come, resulting with YOU the CEO of your health.

Nutrition

We take a macro focused approach to eating. Learn how to set yourself up for success with tips for traveling, dining out, and how to build your plate.

Fitness

We follow the progressive overload strategy with guidance on strength training tutorials, scheduling your workouts, NEAT, movement and recovery.

Mindset

This program promotes consistency over perfection. You will focus on reducing stress, improving sleep, habit stacking, and other “non-scale victories”. Great ready to do some breathwork and meditation.

Health-span/longevity

By the end of this program, you will have detailed information on hot and cold therapy, intermittent fasting, causes of glucose spikes, and better ways to navigate sugar and processed foods.
